Protek products are designed to work with everyday life, and so is our warranty policy. At Protek, we stand behind our products and the manner in which they were designed and were intended to be used. We back this up by warranting them starting on the first day of purchase.
How long is the Protek warranty?
All Protek products carry a Lifetime Warranty for manufactures defects. Protek’s Lifetime Warranty covers damages, breaks, scratches, chips and/or user installation issues. Should any of these occur, Protek would provide a replacement for the life of your device. The standard “life” of a device is one (1) year and is deemed to be “End of Life” when the device’s successor is released.
Protek’s warranties apply only to Protek-branded products and are subject to the following terms: All Protek warranties are non-transferable and are only available to the original end-user consumer.
Protek warrants its products against wear and tear during the lifetime of the device for which it was purchased. You don’t need to register your product at OR return the damaged product to Protek. You will only be required to pay a shipping and handling fee of $7.95 (Shipping costs listed are per replacement.) Our Lifetime Warranty is solely for PROTEK products and DOES NOT extend to the electronic devices they protect. We strongly suggest pairing our products with a impact resistant case to maximize protection.
To request a replacement product under our warranty policy, you must email email@example.com and provide the following:
- Proof of purchase – we will accept a picture of your receipt
- A picture of the damaged item you wish to replace/warranty (no exceptions)
- Product type (Glass, PET etc)
- Make and model of your phone or device
- Reason(s) for return
Please allow up to 3-5 business days from the date the SHPG & HANDLING fee payment is received to fully process your warranty claim. Upon payment-received confirmation, we will authenticate your payment information. All credit cards are verified with the billing address registered to the card. The majority of our warranty claims are processed within two days of being received at our warehouse facility. All packages are processed in the order received and will be shipped accordingly. Once the replacement order has been processed and shipped by our warehouse you will receive a email containing the shipping tracking number.
